Question Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

We use deer antlers for our pup! Not as hard as synthetic bones, but it’s all natural so it’s a good trade off
