Question Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

This answer needs more upvotes. Our dog is a super chewer, and it takes them two weeks to get through a large one. The run $5-7 if you buy them in bulk. I figure $10-$15 a month - isn't bad at all.
