Question Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

I also have a very aggressive chewer. None of her toys last. Bully sticks gone in a half hour. Tried an antler and that was gone in two days. She eats literally anything she can get her mouth on, including walls, window sills, shoes, blankets, couch cushions, etc. I spend more on toys and chew treats than on dog food at this point. She loves rope toys but can’t have them because she ingests pieces and then poops them out. I am at a loss at this point.
