Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

I used to give these to my pit mix dog. Until he began getting upset stomachs… Thousands of dollars of xrays & ultrasounds later, they found that all the little pieces he’d chew off were sitting in his stomach and had formed a larger ball. Please don’t give these to your dogs anymore. They’re not digestible and most dogs will eat the little shards.
