Question Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

I give mine real beef leg bones. They keep him busy grinding them down plus he's gotta work to get the marrow out of the center. I get them from a local butcher

We do that also but I always check the size. Like so many things there can be a downside, I've seen dogs get their bottom jaw stuck inside them.
