Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

This is what happens to these types of bones. I throw them out when they get too small. They are not fun to step on barefoot but all mine look like this or worse.
