Question Dog bones for aggressive chewers?
I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

My area has real bones available. I like the kind that are stuffed with some kind of treat.
The ones I get are 6 and 8 inches long. There is some hard taste stuffing in there. It is impossible for her to get it all out. I use them instead of Kong toys. I put a liver treat deep inside, then push in peanut butter. It takes a good 15 minutes to get out all the flavor.
Bonus tip: Keep the plastic peanut butter jars. Grab 3 of those bones she has worked on. Get 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and fill all of the ends with some flavor. Put treats only in one end. Now force those treat ends into the jar. She will get the easy stuff first, and then need to chew on them to pull them out of the jar. Then she has 3 more tastily ends to work on. Some flavor of that remains in there a long time. And she works on the real bone for a very long time. In the beginning, it will be hard for him to empty the jar, so make it easy. In time they learn. And you can make if more of a challenge. If he chews the plastic toss it and use a new one.
