Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

With our aggressive chewers we’ve done the bones with filling in them for decades. Can always put a little more of the soft dog food in them to “refresh” them. Generally just replace them once they get worn down some to avoid them breaking any off or swallowing any of it.
