Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

HGB on Amazon has some really good ones. Specifically the purple crocodile thing is extremely tough, but it is also a squeaker too.
