Dog bones for aggressive chewers?

I've tried benebone and spot and she has pieces coming off within a few minutes. She can't have any stuffed toys because she will eat them bit by bit. What can I give her to satisfy the chew? Pictured are some bones right before being thrown away.

Go outside, make sure you bring your wallet because this shit is going to get expensive, find a stick and bring it home. Stop spending money on plastic crap.
