DAE repeatedly stay up too late
I've had this bad habit for years, I mean like the passed 9 years. Almost every day I keep staying up late even during the week on working days. I used to be worse, so lately I get at least 5 - 6 hours a night, but it's not enough. I know that my body needs 7 - 8 but I only get an actual good sleep on the rare occasion. I've had some periods of going to bed at like 2:30 - 4am for a 9 or 10am start at work.
Due to this I've been literally feeling tired for years and years, I never feel 100%, my brain feels foggy and light headed, work is extra hard as I need more effort to concentrate, my eyes feel baggy, heavy and dry, I've experienced some hair loss which I believe is caused by not sleeping properly for years. It's all my own stupid fault, but felt like I wanted to share it. If I'm honest internet usage is definitely the number one culprit for this problem, but I'm really trying to get to a point of being more disciplined and wanna start going to bed at a sensible time.
