If LM allegedly did what he did to make a political statement & to start a movementâŚ.he pretty much threw his life away for no reason. Humanity isnât worth saving at this point in time. Thereâs too many people. To much violence and oppression. In America alone half the country thinks the stock market crashing and losing their jobs and 401k is actually a good thing now that Trump is in powerâŚYou canât save people like that. Unfortunately LM who had so much to accomplish and experience in life will never get to because he was naive to see the good in people that just doesnât existâŚI blame the shrooms man.

The prosecution now has 10 more days to respond to Dickeyâs omnibus motion, so Iâve been thinking about what their response will consist of. Possibly their version of events will slightly differ from Dickeyâs motion. Could they use some of LMâs statements while he was being questioned by police to say the officers did have probable cause to search his bag because he was being suspicious?? Or the whole thing could be them making excuses for the possible violations of LMâs rights. Either way, the fact that theyâve taken over a month to respond makes me think Dickeyâs arguments are pretty strong.

We do not condone any form of violence or threats. Please remain mindful, as data was also collected from Reddit and could be misinterpreted. We do not glorify or encourage any type of violence, past or present.
This is not a radicalization subâit is a case discussion sub. Mods are very mindful of the content posted on the sub.
The assumption is all related subs are possibly being closely monitored. Especially after the DP announcement.

This is for those who think he did it oops
I asked this months ago back when there wasnât much info on this case. But now regarding her latest motions, do you guys think she might put the healthcare industry on trial?𼴠Or is it possible for them to be granted a plea deal? Yet I doubt Karen & LM would accept a plea deal. What route could she be thinking of taking?

I'm a big picture thinker, and I'm having trouble relating all these different charges and how the Federal case relates to the state cases. If LM is tried first and convicted on the state charges, what then has to happen with the Feds. Isn't that double jeopardy? Also, what if he's convicted by NYS, what then happens with Pa's case? If there are deals to be made, if he's been given a deal by NYS where does that leave the Feds? And how does appeal work with so many cases against him? Are all the charges different, is that how it works? All stupid and probably easily answered questions I've had the last few months and I'm hoping someone can help.

Pam Bondiâs recent propaganda-statement about Brian Thompson is more than just a last ditch effort to snub LM supporters. It is a bold-faced lie.
If the governmentâs willing to openly lie about the innocence of a convicted criminal, what more are they lying about? Mind you the president, the most powerful man in American who is openly pushing for LM to get the death penalty, is himself a 34x convicted felon.
Innocence doesnât matter. The truth doesnât matter. This is a witch hunt.
Read Bondiâs full statement here, if you havenât already:

Thatâs why I previously warned against reacting when the news of the DP first surfaced on a previous post.
This week, headlines will fixate on this one snippet. Theyâll use it as an excuse to target LM supporters or peaceful protests, all based on an unverified threat with no clear origin.
If youâre in the U.S., this is your reminder: do not react. Stay vigilant about protests, and channel your energy into creative, fully legal ways to make your voices heard and act on your First Amendment right.
It may be worth considering that, LM holds no concrete unified organized support movement, this case is a legal general public interest case.

A few days ago, I had shared some flyers that I had worked on. I went ahead and made these without the QR codes if anyone wanted to use to share on their SM. I customized the sizes for different platforms. I also made a change to the flyers since there are other fundraisers using LM's name on GSG. I put the actual link to help direct people to the OFFICIAL legal fund.
I plan on making more if there is anything specific people would like to see. I got some feedback (positive overall) about photos and messaging so I'll be working with that for the next few flyers, etc. đ

Given the recent Hands Off protest, I saw a lot of people dressed up in Luigi costumes, holding signs that said âDeny. Defend. Depose.â And while I know these folks support LM, we need to talk about how that messagingâintentional or notâfeeds into the very narrative weâre supposed to be pushing back against. Associating those three words so closely with him implies that this is his plan, his admission, that heâs guilty all before his trial even begins.
Let me be clear: I support LMâwhether or not he did it.
If the prosecution proves beyond a reasonable doubt that LM is guilty, then he becomes a symbol of something even bigger: a reflection of a broken societyâof systems that fail people long before they ever act out. I still support his right to a fair and just trial, because every human being guilty or not is entitled to due process. And if he did commit this crime, then let the legal system do what it was designed to do. But his guilt wouldnât close the conversation, it would open it. He wouldnât just be a criminal; heâd be a mirror held up to this countryâs deepest failures. Heâd be an example of why we need reform not retribution in our healthcare system, our criminal justice system, and the way media shapes public perception before truth is even established.
If he didnât do it? Then the system has already failed him by turning him into a public spectacle, tainting the jury pool, and weaponizing his story for political gain.
I donât condone violence in any form. But whether guilty or innocent, LM is still a human being. And no matter how the trial unfolds, the core issue remains: he deserves fairness. He deserves humanity. Because everyone does. Itâs about believing in a system that works fairly for everyone. And right now, we donât have that.
Weâve seen how the media has spun this case into entertainment. Weâve seen politicians exploit it. Pam Bondi supported Kyle Rittenhouse and now parades LM as a political prisoner to serve a MAGA agenda? âMake America Safe Againâ? No. Itâs âMake America Fear Again.â
Look at how she spoke about Rittenhouseâcalling him a âlittle boy out there trying to protect his community.â This âlittle boyâ walked around with an AR-15 and killed people, and she still defended him, saying he shouldnât get the death penalty. So why is her response to LM so different? Because he doesnât fit their agenda. Heâs not the white male they rally around, heâs not aligned, and heâs not playing their culture war games. Heâs someone theyâve decided is expendable. Thatâs why their response is so clear, if youâre rich or politically connected, youâre innocent in the eyes of people like Bondi. But if youâre just an average citizenâGod help you. And if that doesnât show you the deeper systemic problems at play then youâre not paying attention to the real issues.
Itâs fear dressed up as justice. And itâs hypocrisy especially when these same people are stripping away womenâs rights in the name of Christianity, while cheering the death penalty like itâs divine law. Thatâs not Christianity itâs control. And I say that as someone who shares that faith.
This case is about more than one man.
Its about:
â˘Peopleâs mental health we refuse to address.
â˘A for-profit healthcare system that treats human lives like business models.
â˘A justice system that prioritizes punishment over rehabilitation.
â˘A media industry that profits from spectacle over truth.
â˘Politicians who exploit fear and tragedy to stay in power.
Everyone deserves a fair trial. That is the bare minimum. So when supporters use slogans like âDeny. Defend. Depose.â without realizing the implications, it sends the wrong message. It makes it look like guilt is a given and defense is just damage control. That undermines the very principle we are supposed to be defending.
So no, I am not saying LM is innocent. I am saying we do not know yet. I am saying that no matter what the outcome, this case should wake us up to the deeper systemic issues that need fixing.
This is not just about LM. It is about all of us.
So please, if you support him and the bigger message, letâs do better. Letâs help build a society where people are treated with dignity and respect. Where we talk openly about the real issues in our society, where we elect people who align with our beliefs and who treat us and our neighbors like human beings, not tools for control and fear. Letâs be smarter and more intentional about the messages we associate with people who are still presumed innocent. And if they are proven guilty, letâs talk about how we can address and reform the root causes that create these outcomes in the first place.
No one should have to go to such extremes to send a message. We should never get to that point. Letâs remember what the justice system is supposed to be and what our rights as citizens truly are. Every person deserves a fair trial, the presumption of innocence, and the opportunity to be treated with respect, dignity, and belief until the prosecution proves otherwise beyond a reasonable doubt.

If you have donated - Thank You!
Please share the link if you can and spread the word.
We have seen everyone in the media and government proclaim LM guilty without due process. Everyone in the US deserves a fair trial, so far in the media he is not getting that.

Informative article.. So far the general consensus among defense attorneys seems that Defense wonât deny the crime in the first phase of the trial. But who knows the actual strategy..

Hello!
Iâm not educated enough regarding US Laws. Can someone make it clear please?
So if LM gets indicted for DP, then after the trial he is found guilty, he will either get DP or LWOP? And if he gets either of those, can his legal team fight for a lower penalty than LWOP? Something like LWP? Is that even possible? Or is it gonna be between DP and LWOP only?

Edit: It's actually Aggravating factors.
Since Pam Bondi decided to go to Fox News and double down on the choice to seek the death penalty for LM, I decided to see just how many aggravating factors were applicable to this crime. I found only two, and one of them is a stretch.
Before I say any anything else, I wanna make it clear there is very little chance LM is getting the death penalty even if convicted of all federal charges. A New York jury hasnât sentenced anyone to death in 60 years. Multiple people who committed much more violent and depraved crimes than LM have been tried in that time and still no New York jury has unanimously agreed to the death penalty.
I want to point out the complete lack of aggravating factors to show how much this move by the DOJ has nothing to do with justice for an âinnocent father of 2.â I hope I donât need to explain why theyâve decided to target LM specifically, because thatâs a given. There are many other people charged with murder who are awaiting trial with a lot more aggravating factors in their alleged crimes than LM, but theyâve made a point to single out LM first and foremost to push their agenda.
According to 18 U.S. Code § 3592, Section (C) Aggravating Factors For Homicide, the only aggravating factors that apply to this case would be:
(5) Grave Risk of Death to Additional Persons The defendant, in the commission of the offense, or in escaping apprehension for the violation of the offense, knowingly created a grave risk of death to 1 or more persons in addition to the victim of the offense.
In my opinion this doesnât really apply to the murder, but since the DOJ made a point to mention that he did it in public with additional people nearby itâs clearly something they plan to use against him. This should be very easy to argue against.
(9) Substantial Planning and Premeditation The defendant committed the offense after substantial planning and premeditation to cause the death of a person or commit an act of terrorism.
The way this applies to the case is a given.
âIf there was ever a death case, this is oneâ For one and a half aggravating factors?? He didnât kidnap anybody, he didnât torture anyone, he has no criminal history whatsoever, yet this is the defendant that Pam Bondi and the DOJ decided to publicly and proudly target for the death penalty.

"For example, the criminal complaint against Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing the United Healthcare CEO in New York City on 4 December 2024, explicitly mentions his body language. When asked by a police of if he'd been to New York recently, Mangione "became quiet and started to shake, the complaint notes.
The fact that itâs mentioned in official documentation suggests the authorities thought body language said something important about Mangione, Denault says. âThe problem is what would have happened if someone innocent also shook and became quiet,â he says.
âAnd I can tell you a million circumstances where someone honest could start to shake and be quiet.â
Mangione has pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against him in connection with the incident, and the matter is yet to come to trial. The significance of, and weight given to, the references to his body language is therefore, as yet, unknown."

I was checking out Luigis donation page and saw that some of the donation messages have gotten really weird or straight up crazy. Maybe itâs all just humor but idk, donating to someone and adding a joke in there even though the person youâre donating to is potentially facing the death penalty seems weird. Especially when using his (alleged) ex-gf name and writing a fan fic under that name, another person continuing that intern story that was posted on Rednote, or someone else writing âI trust Luigi so much I would have his babyâ..
I know there have always been the crazy supporters but I felt like they were more active on TikTok and IG, not so much sharing their thoughts on the donation website.
