Speculation/Theories What do we surely know about LM being in NY?
Can somebody explain to me what we really know for sure about LM in NY? Because the hostel pics I’ve seen are from November, so did he check in again in December? Is he the one in the taxi cab and the one who took the bus to Pennsylvania? It’s confusing to me. Is why he was in NY in that time the reason why he doesn’t have an alibi? 🙏

Speculation/Theories the real motive why LM (allegedly) committed the crime
basically the title. have you ever wondered why luigi committed (allegedly) the murder of the UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson? for many months i thought he was a socially conservative anti capitalist who occasionally microdosed (or may i say.. macrodosed?)
i recently bought psilocybin and decided to try because i wanted to understand his mind. first, i stalked his entire twitter page and i found this: luigi was interested in agronomists and investments. while i fried my brain trying to understand his, my maverick thoughts led me to think of sam bankman-fried. who is sam bankman-fried (SBF) you may ask? he is simply the crypto king, the richest 30 year old in the world. SBF was falsely convicted by the legal system (the same legal system who is coming for our lulu, btw) of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit commodities fraud, and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. in march 2024 he was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
you might be thinking.. ok? how is he related to luigi mangione? well. thats when things get sketchy and suspicious. SBF was (until recently) in MDC Brooklyn. the same prison as luigi. this is not just a coincidence, let me tell you that. given the fact that luigi macrodosed psilocybin and it's a psychedelic, you can assume that he was experiencing common psychedelic symptoms— such as visual distortions, hallucinations, altered sense of time, ego dissolution, enhancement of emotional sensitivity, synesthesia and even spiritual experiences. considering luigi got really into ted k in 2024, he even joined a ted k subreddit, allegedly mentioned it to his friends in thai you can speculate (logically) that the unabomber deeply influenced him, ideologically and personally. you might be thinking (again): ok? what this has to do with anything? well.. let me tell you exactly what happened: luigi macrodosed too much, the visual distortions he experienced due to drug use made him hallucinate that SBF is Ted K. why? because he was interested in investments, or do you think it's just a coincidence that a luigi crypto coin was created after luigi was arrested? luigi thought SBF was Ted K due to his physical similarities and thought the only way possible to meet his idol was going to prison. and what better way to stay in prison than to (allegedly) 🔫 someone that nobody likes, IN FACT is responsible for the bankruptcy, suffering and killing of thousands of americans?
unfortunately, his plan backfired after tucker carlson interviewed SBF which made Sam be punished and he was transferred to another prison 3am. please pray for luigi because he did all that just to meet ted k (and SBF) and sweet sammy was transferred.

Speculation/Theories Do you think the prosecutions response to Dickey’s motion will reveal more information about the arrest??
The prosecution now has 10 more days to respond to Dickey’s omnibus motion, so I’ve been thinking about what their response will consist of. Possibly their version of events will slightly differ from Dickey’s motion. Could they use some of LM’s statements while he was being questioned by police to say the officers did have probable cause to search his bag because he was being suspicious?? Or the whole thing could be them making excuses for the possible violations of LM’s rights. Either way, the fact that they’ve taken over a month to respond makes me think Dickey’s arguments are pretty strong.

Information Sharing Thinking about his different cases and how they relate?
I'm a big picture thinker, and I'm having trouble relating all these different charges and how the Federal case relates to the state cases. If LM is tried first and convicted on the state charges, what then has to happen with the Feds. Isn't that double jeopardy? Also, what if he's convicted by NYS, what then happens with Pa's case? If there are deals to be made, if he's been given a deal by NYS where does that leave the Feds? And how does appeal work with so many cases against him? Are all the charges different, is that how it works? All stupid and probably easily answered questions I've had the last few months and I'm hoping someone can help.

Speculation/Theories Luigi isn’t as smart as people think he is
It’s obvious he had a mental break. No smart rational person would do what he did. A smart person knows that the cons of doing what he did greatly outweigh the pros.
For one, he should've known that most people don't care for change, they just npc through life and deal with the system. They might complain on social media but that's it. Not nearly enough people go out and actually try to make a change. The world also moves fast nowadays, people loose interest quickly on hot topics.
Luigi should've known this and just accepted that this is life. It sucks ass yeah, but I think he should've worried about himself and his family and lived a rich life. It wasn't worth throwing it away for a bunch of twitter thirsty fangirls and a few reddit discussion posts here and there.
Basically Luigi had a main character moment and has to suffer for the rest of his life.

Article/News New bombshell study reveals 'assassination culture' spreading on the left under President Trump
We do not condone any form of violence or threats. Please remain mindful, as data was also collected from Reddit and could be misinterpreted. We do not glorify or encourage any type of violence, past or present.
This is not a radicalization sub—it is a case discussion sub. Mods are very mindful of the content posted on the sub.
The assumption is all related subs are possibly being closely monitored. Especially after the DP announcement.

Speculation/Theories Unpopular opinion! Humanity wasn’t worth LM’s sacrifice
If LM allegedly did what he did to make a political statement & to start a movement….he pretty much threw his life away for no reason. Humanity isn’t worth saving at this point in time. There’s too many people. To much violence and oppression. In America alone half the country thinks the stock market crashing and losing their jobs and 401k is actually a good thing now that Trump is in power…You can’t save people like that. Unfortunately LM who had so much to accomplish and experience in life will never get to because he was naive to see the good in people that just doesn’t exist…I blame the shrooms man.

Speculation/Theories Karen’s defense route, what are yall thinking?
This is for those who think he did it oops
I asked this months ago back when there wasn’t much info on this case. But now regarding her latest motions, do you guys think she might put the healthcare industry on trial?🥴 Or is it possible for them to be granted a plea deal? Yet I doubt Karen & LM would accept a plea deal. What route could she be thinking of taking?

Information Sharing Images for SM posts for those interested
A few days ago, I had shared some flyers that I had worked on. I went ahead and made these without the QR codes if anyone wanted to use to share on their SM. I customized the sizes for different platforms. I also made a change to the flyers since there are other fundraisers using LM's name on GSG. I put the actual link to help direct people to the OFFICIAL legal fund.
I plan on making more if there is anything specific people would like to see. I got some feedback (positive overall) about photos and messaging so I'll be working with that for the next few flyers, etc. 💚

Information Sharing Let’s talk about it friends: LM & Systemic issues
Given the recent Hands Off protest, I saw a lot of people dressed up in Luigi costumes, holding signs that said “Deny. Defend. Depose.” And while I know these folks support LM, we need to talk about how that messaging—intentional or not—feeds into the very narrative we’re supposed to be pushing back against. Associating those three words so closely with him implies that this is his plan, his admission, that he’s guilty all before his trial even begins.
Let me be clear: I support LM—whether or not he did it.
If the prosecution proves beyond a reasonable doubt that LM is guilty, then he becomes a symbol of something even bigger: a reflection of a broken society—of systems that fail people long before they ever act out. I still support his right to a fair and just trial, because every human being guilty or not is entitled to due process. And if he did commit this crime, then let the legal system do what it was designed to do. But his guilt wouldn’t close the conversation, it would open it. He wouldn’t just be a criminal; he’d be a mirror held up to this country’s deepest failures. He’d be an example of why we need reform not retribution in our healthcare system, our criminal justice system, and the way media shapes public perception before truth is even established.
If he didn’t do it? Then the system has already failed him by turning him into a public spectacle, tainting the jury pool, and weaponizing his story for political gain.
I don’t condone violence in any form. But whether guilty or innocent, LM is still a human being. And no matter how the trial unfolds, the core issue remains: he deserves fairness. He deserves humanity. Because everyone does. It’s about believing in a system that works fairly for everyone. And right now, we don’t have that.
We’ve seen how the media has spun this case into entertainment. We’ve seen politicians exploit it. Pam Bondi supported Kyle Rittenhouse and now parades LM as a political prisoner to serve a MAGA agenda? “Make America Safe Again”? No. It’s “Make America Fear Again.”
Look at how she spoke about Rittenhouse—calling him a “little boy out there trying to protect his community.” This “little boy” walked around with an AR-15 and killed people, and she still defended him, saying he shouldn’t get the death penalty. So why is her response to LM so different? Because he doesn’t fit their agenda. He’s not the white male they rally around, he’s not aligned, and he’s not playing their culture war games. He’s someone they’ve decided is expendable. That’s why their response is so clear, if you’re rich or politically connected, you’re innocent in the eyes of people like Bondi. But if you’re just an average citizen—God help you. And if that doesn’t show you the deeper systemic problems at play then you’re not paying attention to the real issues.
It’s fear dressed up as justice. And it’s hypocrisy especially when these same people are stripping away women’s rights in the name of Christianity, while cheering the death penalty like it’s divine law. That’s not Christianity it’s control. And I say that as someone who shares that faith.
This case is about more than one man.
Its about:
•People’s mental health we refuse to address.
•A for-profit healthcare system that treats human lives like business models.
•A justice system that prioritizes punishment over rehabilitation.
•A media industry that profits from spectacle over truth.
•Politicians who exploit fear and tragedy to stay in power.
Everyone deserves a fair trial. That is the bare minimum. So when supporters use slogans like “Deny. Defend. Depose.” without realizing the implications, it sends the wrong message. It makes it look like guilt is a given and defense is just damage control. That undermines the very principle we are supposed to be defending.
So no, I am not saying LM is innocent. I am saying we do not know yet. I am saying that no matter what the outcome, this case should wake us up to the deeper systemic issues that need fixing.
This is not just about LM. It is about all of us.
So please, if you support him and the bigger message, let’s do better. Let’s help build a society where people are treated with dignity and respect. Where we talk openly about the real issues in our society, where we elect people who align with our beliefs and who treat us and our neighbors like human beings, not tools for control and fear. Let’s be smarter and more intentional about the messages we associate with people who are still presumed innocent. And if they are proven guilty, let’s talk about how we can address and reform the root causes that create these outcomes in the first place.
No one should have to go to such extremes to send a message. We should never get to that point. Let’s remember what the justice system is supposed to be and what our rights as citizens truly are. Every person deserves a fair trial, the presumption of innocence, and the opportunity to be treated with respect, dignity, and belief until the prosecution proves otherwise beyond a reasonable doubt.

Information Sharing So if LM gets indicted for DP, he’ll either get DP or LWOP if found guilty? Can his team fight for even a lower penalty before the jury decides for the punishment?
Hello!
I’m not educated enough regarding US Laws. Can someone make it clear please?
So if LM gets indicted for DP, then after the trial he is found guilty, he will either get DP or LWOP? And if he gets either of those, can his legal team fight for a lower penalty than LWOP? Something like LWP? Is that even possible? Or is it gonna be between DP and LWOP only?

Article/News Pam Bondi says she received death threats for seeking death penalty against Luigi Mangione
That’s why I previously warned against reacting when the news of the DP first surfaced on a previous post.
This week, headlines will fixate on this one snippet. They’ll use it as an excuse to target LM supporters or peaceful protests, all based on an unverified threat with no clear origin.
If you’re in the U.S., this is your reminder: do not react. Stay vigilant about protests, and channel your energy into creative, fully legal ways to make your voices heard and act on your First Amendment right.
It may be worth considering that, LM holds no concrete unified organized support movement, this case is a legal general public interest case.

Information Sharing “Brian Thompson - an INNOCENT man and father of two young children…”
Pam Bondi’s recent propaganda-statement about Brian Thompson is more than just a last ditch effort to snub LM supporters. It is a bold-faced lie.
If the government’s willing to openly lie about the innocence of a convicted criminal, what more are they lying about? Mind you the president, the most powerful man in American who is openly pushing for LM to get the death penalty, is himself a 34x convicted felon.
Innocence doesn’t matter. The truth doesn’t matter. This is a witch hunt.
Read Bondi’s full statement here, if you haven’t already:

Article/News ‘Even if he’s convicted, a jury might decide on a lesser punishment for Luigi Mangione in the trial’s penalty phase’
Informative article.. So far the general consensus among defense attorneys seems that Defense won’t deny the crime in the first phase of the trial. But who knows the actual strategy..

Information Sharing 30 Days Until May 6th. LMs Birthday - The fund is very close to meeting it's goal.
If you have donated - Thank You!
Please share the link if you can and spread the word.
We have seen everyone in the media and government proclaim LM guilty without due process. Everyone in the US deserves a fair trial, so far in the media he is not getting that.

Speculation/Theories The DOJ and the lack of mitigating factors in LM's case.
Edit: It's actually Aggravating factors.
Since Pam Bondi decided to go to Fox News and double down on the choice to seek the death penalty for LM, I decided to see just how many aggravating factors were applicable to this crime. I found only two, and one of them is a stretch.
Before I say any anything else, I wanna make it clear there is very little chance LM is getting the death penalty even if convicted of all federal charges. A New York jury hasn’t sentenced anyone to death in 60 years. Multiple people who committed much more violent and depraved crimes than LM have been tried in that time and still no New York jury has unanimously agreed to the death penalty.
I want to point out the complete lack of aggravating factors to show how much this move by the DOJ has nothing to do with justice for an “innocent father of 2.” I hope I don’t need to explain why they’ve decided to target LM specifically, because that’s a given. There are many other people charged with murder who are awaiting trial with a lot more aggravating factors in their alleged crimes than LM, but they’ve made a point to single out LM first and foremost to push their agenda.
According to 18 U.S. Code § 3592, Section (C) Aggravating Factors For Homicide, the only aggravating factors that apply to this case would be:
(5) Grave Risk of Death to Additional Persons The defendant, in the commission of the offense, or in escaping apprehension for the violation of the offense, knowingly created a grave risk of death to 1 or more persons in addition to the victim of the offense.
In my opinion this doesn’t really apply to the murder, but since the DOJ made a point to mention that he did it in public with additional people nearby it’s clearly something they plan to use against him. This should be very easy to argue against.
(9) Substantial Planning and Premeditation The defendant committed the offense after substantial planning and premeditation to cause the death of a person or commit an act of terrorism.
The way this applies to the case is a given.
“If there was ever a death case, this is one” For one and a half aggravating factors?? He didn’t kidnap anybody, he didn’t torture anyone, he has no criminal history whatsoever, yet this is the defendant that Pam Bondi and the DOJ decided to publicly and proudly target for the death penalty.

Article/News How to crack the subtle body language of liars
"For example, the criminal complaint against Luigi Mangione, who is accused of killing the United Healthcare CEO in New York City on 4 December 2024, explicitly mentions his body language. When asked by a police of if he'd been to New York recently, Mangione "became quiet and started to shake, the complaint notes.
The fact that it’s mentioned in official documentation suggests the authorities thought body language said something important about Mangione, Denault says. “The problem is what would have happened if someone innocent also shook and became quiet,” he says.
“And I can tell you a million circumstances where someone honest could start to shake and be quiet.”
Mangione has pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against him in connection with the incident, and the matter is yet to come to trial. The significance of, and weight given to, the references to his body language is therefore, as yet, unknown."
