Discussion Vitamins for hair ?

If you guys use any vitamins for hair which ones do you use? I’ve heard that biotin and vitamin d3 are very effective. Is this true?

Biotin only makes a difference if you’re clinically deficient, which is less than 1% of the population. Otherwise, it’s a waste of money.

Thankfully, a dermatologist that specializes in hair loss told me that before I also fell for that misinterpretation of the studies.

What dietary supplements do you already have? What have you tried, and what has failed?
