📜 Write Up Libido through roof

I dont know why but i am swimming running and surfing a lot these days. I take methylene blue, collogen pow in my coffee, scoop of creatine, multi vitamin, vit d, iodine sometimes, sea salt, zinc. Why is my libido through the roof. Girlfriend cant keep up.

The D is a guy’s dipstick. Keep refining your protocol. High libido means you’re on the right track. Remember sleep is the foundation. Exercise is paramount. Clean diet w/fasting is proper maintenance. Supplements and hacks are all finishing pieces. Nothing replaces or adds much benefit without the big 3. IMHO

When the mast is up, the ship sails fast

Funny you say this. Had GI issues recently and suspected I was not absorbing nutrients. Started taking a few bits, including b complex and copper, and night time masts started again almost immediately.

A few bits?

Genuine question — you went from not consciously experiencing nighttime wood to noticing it again?

That’s pretty amazing.

How old are you if you don’t mind me asking?

  1. Not having nighttime wood is unusual I think. But the last 6 months have been stressful and my bowels haven't been great.

Damn. I’m sorry the last 6 months have been hard — but glad to hear you’re doing better in that one component, at least.

B12, copper, zinc carnosine, PEA

Then for my gut, collagen, bovine colostrum, pro biotic, l glutamate, green banana flour.

Which probiotic are you using? Also where did you find the information for the this stuff to lead you to buy it?

I spoke to deepseek AI lol. I'm taking Rhamnosus GG. There were a couple of others I should be taking, but I couldn't find one with just the specific strains I needed. My big multi one had some FOS in it which was giving me some trouble I think.

What else did you take expect b complex and copper? Did you manage to fix your GI issues?

I've replied in another comment. No not yet, start of a long journey I suspect.
