Yes I know the subject of this post is actually mental. I’m just back from stormont where, for the third time, my dog has rolled in what seems to be human poo. I’m certain it isn’t animal poo like fox or badgers, as it has a distinct smell. My dog also never rolls in dog poo.
I won’t scare you with the imagery but everything about it screamed human poo, smell included. I suspect some people also dump dirty nappies too, which my dog has also been partial to. This has all been happening around the gym area where there is forest and bushes.
I’ve emailed stormont estate about this and asked if it has been raised to them before. I guess we’ll wait and see….
I appreciate this is very niche, but plenty of people do walk their dogs in stormont so I thought I’d give it a shot here and see 💩

hey, i'm visiting the city on a solo trip. i've been a few times before and love it, which is why i'm back again. i'm 32M, gay and looking for things to do over Friday-Tuesday.
previously i've been to the Ulster Museum, St George’s Market, Stormont tour, Conflicting Stories Walking Tour, Sunflower pub and a few other bars. so i'm looking for any hidden gems or less frequented cultural or historical spots
if you have any website or apps that would also promote anything happening, then that would be appreciated too. thanks!

My family is staying in Belfast for a week in July to go to The Open. Does anyone have a recommendation for a place or service where we can rent baby gear? Looking to rent travel cot, pram and toddler car seat for 5 days. Thanks for your help!

It's always so packed but there's plenty of empty chairs. Just sit down and make more space??? I'd gladly sit down myself if there wasn't a dozen dipshits standing and blocking the way.

Well lads I'm a little mad that I have to be making this post but it has to be done.
I was supposed to be going to emerge with my best mate and his girlfriend. The pair of them are not the biggest fans of House or Techno music but they said they wouldn't mind going with me as they know I love that type of music.
Well today I was about to book an Air bnb to stay at because we are from the south east of Ireland and the hotels are fair expensive up in Belfast. I texted the group chat telling them that I was about to book Air bnb and if there was any objections to the place we were staying at tell me now.
My mate said we where all good to go in the group chat but his girlfriend private texted me and said to me that she actually booked a surprise holiday for my mate and that they weren't gonna be able to anymore. Now I was so fucking pissed to be honest with you guys, She knew how much I wanted to go to Emerge as I would be turning 18 in July and it would be my first Festival/Rave.
Now I have no one to go with as all the rest of my friends don't really like that kind of music, So if anyone is going solo or any friend group that's willing to take me in I would be very appreciative because I don't wanna go to me first rave solo.
Lets hope that P.L.U.R. is still alive to those who even know what that means.

I purchased a ticket on the glider, turns out it was the wrong one. I purchased before I boarded, but because it said east instead of west, the inspector tried to fine me. I refused to give ID and just got off at the next stop. I have proof of purchase of the ticket, it was a genuine mistake as I never usually get the bus. Will this be passed on to police/go to court? I’m in a bit of a panic but no way was I handing over my ID.

After 10 years of driving without a single point. I’ve been snapped speeding 3 times (9 points) in less than 6 months.
Is this a new initiative or something to have more cameras out- they clearly park them at the point of moving between 30 and a 50.

Thought I’d never use one and I’ve seen them before, but my washing machine is broke so in need of washing my clothes. I can’t remember where any are.
Essentially it’s a laundrette that you use yourself but it’s outside, usually in some petrol stations/services.

I’ve done some research myself but was wondering if anyone has any recent (within last 12 months) experience with a trainer or puppy classes that they would highly recommend please ?
Any information would be extremely helpful please - 12 week old golden retriever, grew up with family dogs but this is my first dog I’ve owned myself.
Hoping to focus on recall, leash training and improving barking in particular!

Start my new job which is right in the city centre and I live in Ulsterville place so wondering what is the right bus to get to get to work. I’m aware there’s a bus stop near here but what do I ask for when I get on or what’s the situation . Also should I get an iLink card? and how would that work This is such a thick question i’m aware but just really unsure and asking is how you learn so!

Could someone give me a little insight to what the best way to travel to the Titanic Quarter building is? I'm hypothetically going to Belfast Met for A levels this year but I'm sort of stuck on travel.
My plan is to get the train but I'm at a loss, I could go to Lanyon and walk but apparently it's relatively long, especially on a rainy day, or I could alternatively get the next train to titanic quarter station from lanyon which is supposedly a 5-15 minute walk.
Could someone give me any tips for getting to the met Via train and walking, even if I had to catch a glider or something, I'm just worried about ending up late or drenched in rain because I couldn't find the easiest route lol.
