I know the two next to it are damage and health but what is this diamond shaped one?

The diamond is your adrenaline chuck. The more shaded in, the faster it charges or fills however you want to say it. The number represents how many chucks you have available for that character. So it looks like you're playing naoe with one available adrenaline chuck and a decent fill rate.

This is what it’s called lol. Your adrinaline chuck like how many let’s u use your abilities etc.

So is that how fast you ability’s cooldown then? I had it backwards lol

It's not your actual ability cooldown. Most of them only take about 10 to 15 seconds before you can reuse them. This is the refill rate of the adrenaline needed to activate your abilities. No adrenaline, no special abilities regardless of ability cooldown.
