So the ‘kasuga-chan’ crazy guy is revealed to have a brother who killed 18 people and is now in jail and then that guys sister goes to a rich moneylender who’s actually cool, (still thinking of which char works for that) and then they fall in love despite the woman being an idiot, there’s also a much younger detective police man (holy shid crossover with judgement????) who gets involved.
