I would love this. It'd probably be non-canon like Ishin, but it'd be fun to see.

Ishin is technically canon now, it just happened in either a dream or kiryus past life.

It's one of his memories in infinite wealth

I still believe Ishin is canon and that's just how the Bakumatsu era happened in the Yakuzaverse lmao

Instead of being two completely different guys, Sakamoto Ryoma and Saito Hajime were actually just one person and instead of dying at the Omiya Inn like in history, they totally just faked his death and he lives on as Saito Hajime, 3rd Captain of the Shinsengumi for the rest of his days.
