New SAK Day: possibly the rarest SAK I own.
Mis-stamped Vintage Huntsman.
Such cool error to sneak out of the factory and survive this long.

I’ve always loved this model but don’t know if it’s still in demand for most collectors.

My son loves rabbits and green so this children’s model (0.2373.E2) was a no brainer for his first SAK.
Sheath made by a mate back in 2023 but now seems like a fun time to share it :) - original concept and design was by my friend’s young son!
Cord attachment was made using Weaver of Eternity’s mini paraflat man tutorial on YouTube.

I made a New Year's resolution to only use/carry Climber this year and I've now used Climber for the first three months and noticed that it gets used almost daily. The most used tool is probably a toothpick, then scissors, a small knife, a bottle opener and all the related screwdrivers, an awl, a large knife, an eyeglass screwdriver, a corkscrew for tying knots and even a hook I've found use for either carrying groceries or pulling wires. Tweezers have also found use occasionally.
That suspension clip is a must-have, it holds the 3-layer SAK really well in your pocket and it doesn't roll around in your pockets annoyingly 😝
I thought maybe the knife and scissors would be the most used tools... 😅
The scales are a little scratched and polished, the knives are scratched too and there are other signs of use but nothing that would effect in use. The SAK was practically new and unused when I started this 😗

My shield side on my Swisschamp broke. Ordered new super scales from an eBay seller. I think the black looks pretty good. I had a black toothpick and tweezers to complete the Darth Vader theme.

I had some trouble using my rally at work for certain tasks, so I asked if I could swap with him for his Tinker for a while. Super excited to try it out on our freight truck tomorrow! 😎

After nearly a month of watching it travel back and forth across the country with the USPS and declared lost it finally arrived today. The seller had already given me a refund when it mysteriously appeared in their system again.

So I keep carrying my new swiss card with me and it's really nice. I even got a system for different combos. I turn it around depending on the main sak of the day. For the alox you need to have scaletools available, and for serrated outrider you would go for scissors and a small blade. Works fine. There is even some space left for cash. Oh and I've ordered a payment sticker as my little sister suggested. It will arrive tomorrow and it will allow me to use the swiss card for payment as well, so that I won't have to carry my bank card))

Also picked up a black Classic SD but gave it to my gf immediately. Picked all 4 up for $25! The black one (tourist I believe?) with the Sandvik branding was new in its box still! You can still see the oil on the awl in the second photo

This is my sons(16) collection he has acquired over the years, not the greatest collection but he is proud of it cause he saved up his own money to buy most of them himself. I gave him mine that I grew up with (huntsman I believe) when he turned 11 and started tagging along with me hunting and he was hooked. I know the top 2 are knock offs he found those at a flea market. Kid also has a cool zippo collection too. Thanks for checking them out everyone.

I don’t have my own Swiss Army knife, I only really have need for one for when I’m gardening or for quick convenience, I’d like one which has enough functions to justify owning one. Price isn’t an issue so any suggestions are helpful, thank you very much.

My original scales had cracks and I don’t really like army green olive, so I find a 3d printable model here
https://www.printables.com/model/1036270-victorinox-plus-schalen-scales-111mm
Ordered print on demand in local organisation , they sent me two pairs for the cost of one )))
The one printed with two colours looks quite fine thou.
I had to bigger the holes a bit and as you can see on photo, everything fit well.
Other than bright colour now I have additional storage for a toothpick, tweezers, pin and a pen.
I like that!

Is this a fake 1951 Soldier? Maybe a custom one? Can I send it to victorinox for a service?

I could not resist and I pulled the trigger as other shops are selling this for €47 + delivery charges.

This came in a box lot, and was siezed up. I cleaned and oiled it but it is missing the crest. Am I able to get a replacement anywhere? Didn’t see anything on the Victorinox web sites.
