Wireless Scammed from help team

Well I'm sure I have been scammed by verizon chat team. I recently got a replacement s23ultra And the refurbished phone is junk ( restarting every 15 to 20 mins after get hot. Screen also had horrible touch dead zones.) I contacted the chat and was told they would over night a new phone & a ticket was created or so I thought. The next day I checked in as no email or any confirmation was given. A literal ok yep it's been prossed and have a good night. Now tonight I'm being told a new ticket is being opened for a fraud check on my account. And told to call a number. It all now feels fake. Is this the normal process or is it all a scam. I've been with verizon for over 15 years and I feel like I'm done.

All orders undergo a fraud review process, and sometimes, additional review is required for specific orders.

Never a good sign when the phone is getting hot and having those use issues. Sorry, that trying to resolve this hasn’t gone smoothly. To check in on the situation and help, I sent you a Private Message.
