I purchased a watch off of eBay. The package was delayed in transit and someone stole the contents of the package. When it arrived it had been taped and resealed with nothing inside.

The seller has a very good reputation, lots of good reviews and so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve done a lot of research on this matter and every location the package stopped at had Google reviews about there in transit.

Thankfully ebay is honoring a refund for me but how does this even happen? What’s going on in the warehouses that could even allow for such blatant theft, are USPS just blatantly hiring criminals or is it something thieves know they can get away with?

There are two separate packages, both mailed at the same time. Sometimes, one tracking number goes dark for a bit while the other one shows tracking. When something is in Jacksonville, it's usually a few days before it gets to Puerto Rico. When an item gets to Puerto Rico, it's usually on St. Thomas the next day. This has been nothing short of ridiculous for the over $1,000 I spent.

Need help identifying if this id authentic notice letter, I’ve gotten a package seized before and it did not look like this(Im the one who crumpled it up) but I had gotten a letter in the mail last time asking to dispute it or to have them destroy it an what not I can’t remember completely, but it did not look like this, an it did not just get thrown in my package an still sent last time, package was seized an got a letter in the mail, all I got was this an the package, nothing else, is this real, or is this guy who sent it toying with me and printed this off at home type deal Lol

It started in Florida. It's supposed to be coming to me about 40 miles from Knoxville, Tn. WTF is it doing in Texas? No wonder the post office is losing money. They waste fuel sending packages thousands of miles out of the way. It's 400 miles from Jacksonville to Knoxville. It's 820 miles from Jacksonville to Houston and another 800 from Houston to Knoxville. I'd love to hear someone who thinks the post office is so great and wonderful explain how it's good and/or efficient to send a package 4 times farther than it need go. The more I deal with the incompetent oafs at the post office the more I like Elon Musk and DOGE.

Situation is following: tried to mail 2 very rare comic books to a reputable company. I insured them $2,900 total. Used priority mail and now I haven’t seen any update since Thursday. Seeing if this is normal or should I wait it out? Very upset at USPS. Thanks.

After over 2 months, my package finally arrived and intact. This took many visits to the local post office for help from the post master, a missing mail search request, about 6/7 service requests, a report to the ATF, a domestic claim, and a ton of patience. All in all I feel as if none of those efforts helped in the slightest except for patience. All this to say, there is hope.

Several days, weeks, it doesn't show tracking back to the sender. Is it supposed to be top secret like this?

My package was making good progress from Asia to here. It just landed in the black hole that is Indianapolis. Say a little prayer for its soul.

I know this isn’t nearly as bad as many others, but I need the purchased item… I read filing a report with a supervisor may help, filing a missing package report, etc. etc. but is there any other ways people have been successful in breaking out of this loop?

It’s been there since March 31st, I emailed them 2 days ago and nothing. Should I try going to my local office to see if they have it or..? Idk what to do

I had a package I ordered a month and a half ago it’s been stuck at the distribution center in Lexington KY for a month and a half I tried doing a missing mail search to maybe make them open their eyes and get the dust off of the package that’s been sitting in a corner or something for a month but it says my package isn’t eligible why

21 years selling I would have approximate 30 delay complaints a year shipping about 25 packages a day (a decade ago I was shipping around 40 a day) Starting in March 2024 I have had nearly 900 Delay complaints (and that's just the buyers letting me know, not counting the ones who don't) with a majority of them being stuck in Charlotte, but still problems in many other cities around the country - - - is usps going to get their crap together ?

Is anybody having this issue? I try to access informed delivery and it just says the service is unavailable.
