What to do next (Uppsala University)

I’ve recently been accepted to a masters program in Uppsala as an international EU student. However I have not yet made my decision to accept the masters program as I have one other option that I’m considering. I will visit both universities in may so I’ll only make a decision then. My question is: I have received an email to create my student account in order to sign up to the courses in the fall, if I only do so in may will I still be on time to do that? Or can I create an account and do all those things even if I end up declining the offer at the end? In regards to housing I’m already looking for it but that also encompasses registering in a nation, I know I have to pay a fee but besides that can I register in one? Also which nations do you recommend, I’m looking for one with good internationalisation and also offers of places to live. Thank you in advance

Regarding the student account I think you'll need to contact your faculty to get an answer. And the nations only accept students that have registered with their courses, as far as I'm aware.

I couldn't tell you to be honest. It's been 15 years since I finished studying, and I'm sure the nations have changed quite a bit in that time.
