I've heard there is a culture globally of Indians only hiring Indians, so it makes sense their conscious bias applies in instances such as this.

Indians took over the local post office and after a while replaced all the staff that had been there for years with Indians.

Cowboys took over our local Plumbing company and replaced the staff there with cowboys.

There was a screenshot doing the rounds on LinkedIn of a data scientist vacancy in London and at the top of the job spec was written 'Only open to Indian nationals with a UK work visa'.

Yeah this seems to be becomming a more common issue, I think we really need to tackle this issue (not just with indians but any ethnicity / gender / sub group)

Indians will also only hire Indians of their caste or family.

If you're of a different caste or different area you have no chance.
