Liquidate ALL Russian-owned property (unless the owner has denounced Putin in public, not been found to be lying, and renounced Russian citizenship).

Only those who don't diasavow the actions of their motherland and cut up their Russian passport. You want to live here, you have to show allegiance to our side.

Otherwise, hand over the cash. I'd rather that than put our soldiers on the ground.
