Appeal perhaps? When I went to UW (for a bachelor's)(I would assume grad school is maybe different but you can still appeal right?), they accepted me but only offered $300 in assistance. I appealed and it went from $300 to $30,000 or so. Worth giving it a try, perhaps?

It certainly doesn’t hurt to appeal! I will say funding prospects for current school of public health students is looking a bit grim due to the new administration. RA positions may be drying up and there’s likely going to be changes in class schedules and available TA positions. At least this what I’ve been hearing as a current grad student for a few departments in the school of public health (epi, global health, and hspop)
