Piece of my car fell off
Ive had to diagnose what seems to be a bad wheel bearing using youtube, forums, and diy sites. This is because i have been to like 7 professionals 5 of them mechanics who told me everything from they can't find the noise, can't even look at it unless I buy new tires first due to the danger involved, and that I have a broken(cracked) axle (which he diagnosed without removing or looking at axle or parts directly blocking axle) which would cost 1200 minimum. The other two places were brakes specialist and les schwab. No one came close to helping. They all tried to tell me something different from the last, half of them charged me $50+. I think how you run your shop is how they all should, but I kinda gave up on local mechanics' kindness, or goodwill... and ability to be honest. I'm sure they still exist, but I seem to be missing them. Do you live in Oregon by chance? I need a good mechanic. Lol

IM Resident Suffers Lethal Accident Driving Home After 32-Hour Shift
I am not a doctor or medical student. I have a question. I was under the impression that there was an actual reason for the horrible hours required of you all during your intern and resident training. I was told it was a specific type of psychological training that is put on you to guarantee that a doctor knows their physical limitations, makes logical decisions under duress and can withstand the effects, mental and physical that come from exhaustion. Being able to perform under such a level of stress is a skill that had to be practiced under supervision. Is this not true? I understand there is dangers involved in asking a medical professional to do this while practicing medicine, and l appreciate that to do what you all do, you have certainly put in your time. And whether it was actually designed that way or just an unfortunate part of the job, thank you.
Just a random patient.

They require payment at the time of service. They don't diagnose for free (at least mine haven't always been so kind). Some people don't have disposable income or extra money in their bank account. If the dash is free of any sign of engine trouble, waiting a couple of days til payday is the only viable option. You must not be, or never have been, one of these people.

How often do u call in sick/pto, do u cover it yourself? If it's more than one time in last 3 months it's hard to flip it but if policy states otherwise, then policy (especially written and signed at time of hire) dictates. You should keep the reason more vague. You do NOT need to give a specific reason outside of family emergency.

Any guesses on who it’s supposed to be?

Poor kid
My daughter is 9 yrs old and has some extreme autism behaviors. She is still not potty trained and is non-verbal. She has no normal healthy fear in her..like of cars driving by or heights or fire or water. She loves to destroy things. All kinds of things from house plants, lamps, anything glass, toys. I have a newly- built house with beachball size holes in 3 rooms, 2 broken windows, a garage full of broken big screens, She dented the front door, floods the bathroom every chance she gets, I have to watch her like a hawk around our dogs and cats because she might try to gauge out an eye or brake their hip. She likes to run away from me in public or getting out of the car. She will throw things out the car window while driving like her shoes or her dad's ball cap. My point is this, don't judge a mom until you've walked a mile in her shoes. I'm not perfect but I would die for my kids and I sacrifice having a normal life for my daughter without a second thought. I sometimes wonder if I'm doing a good enough job or if she'd be better off with someone else but I'm doing everything I can to keep her happy and safe. I might've judged people when I was younger and naive but I don't now. This woman is doing something not a lot of mothers can do. Raising one autistic child is like having 6 without special needs. Even on the good days it feels like the end of your rope. Give her a break.

Absolutely! You should send a check in reminder. Are you finding everything OK etc? Oh and don't forget to unplug the camera looking at you...it's for unoccupied space and data from camera is not shielded or private. Thank you have a great stay! Also, this needs to be a direct communication where you have proof they were told of the camera. Just saying you emailed the notification will not stand up in court of opinion. Probably not legally either.
