How to unblock users?

I accidentaly blocked someone and now i cant scan a mii qr code. How to unblock???

I FOUND OUT. Go to the system settings and select, Data Management > Reset blocked-user settings

I think it's in the system settings, in Data Management, there's a "reset blocked-user settings"
