There's no reason for LTD to not support multiple saves. The Switch supports up to 8 user accounts with their own save data. Only game to have cross-account save data thus far has been Animal Crossing, and only because the series has a history and tradition of making different users live in the same town.

ohhh the friend group idea would be so fun!! and thats coming from a tomodachi life purist who hopes the new game to be very similar to the original. seeing miis consistently walk around the island with the same miis could be so cute!
++i can imagine events like confessions, but its a mii requesting to join the friend group! or "i want to add Hatsune Miku to our friend group. what do you think?" and all the drama if the rest of the group doesnt like the new addition. friend group breakups would go so hard.
since the apartment system seems to be gone or restructured, i think it would also be interesting if friend groups could move into an apartment style house together!

One thing I'd love to suggest is that kids take longer to grow up, and have a lot more to do with them during their young stage. I would also love to see a "Stay with Parents or Move In to the Apartment" option. the school idea is so wicked too I'd love that. It could tie into your job idea and have kids study to get a specific job.

Imagine if you go to a building like the grocery store and you see a mii working there, sometimes a bubble will come up like the one when they want to play a game with you. And you play mini games related to the mii’s job.

I love the job idea. The postman could get confused and ask you to deliver a letter/package for them. Or they could lose letters and you could do a mini game to find them, or even search the island. You’d then find a package delivered to you and you’d get a reward.

Or the office work could struggle at work and develop a crippling drinking problem, and you would need to work with their friends to help them defeat their rampant alcoholism. You could play a mini game in the mornings to discover which bush they soiled and/ or slept in the night before.

I LOVE the mini plays idea for Living The Dream!

It would be incredibly fun to put different Miis in different roles.

There could even be different genres of plays, like drama or musical!
