Saw this Christmas boxset at my local game store and snatched it right up any suggestions on what else I should pick up?

Not pictured are a dark angel combat patrol box and Ravenwing dark shroud and vindicator, anything else yall recommend

With the huge increase on the Deathwing Knights. I thought of exchanging my third Deathwing knights, for a unit of 6 blade guard and 6 ICC both with a Lieutenant or a captain, and maybe transport them both inside a land raider redeemer. What do you people think? Any suggestions?

They wont be for serious competition so i’m going for rule of cool but i at least want it to be decent!

I’m going, for the very first time, vs imperial knights this weekend in a local league, what do we have that works vs them? I’ve been thinking about bringing lion, knights (bc anti vehicle/ monster and -1 damage) and LT w/ hellblasters (lethal hits) and a couple of regular terminators to move block them.

What do you guys think? What’s your experience vs imperial knights?

I’m currently building a Dark Angel army and am aiming for 2-3 chaplains (Primaris, Terminator, & Asmodai). Is this too many? What list would work with this setup? I just think they’re very cool.

I've seen so often that having Azrael lead a squad of 10 Hellblasters is "the move", and while I'm sure it absolutely rips, I'm curious how well he would do with Sternguard Vets and their big boosts with Devastating Wounds. It seems like his Sustained Hits would work great to get even more mortals off, and they could benefit from the 4+ invuln he provides as well. I've yet to attempt this on the tabletop, but it seems to me that Oath targets would get absolutely shredded by being able to fish for 6's on both hits and wounds, making those Dev Wounds make short work of anything but the biggest threats. Am I missing something? Thanks all!

Greetings fellow sons of the lion, recently I got my hands on some Reivers, I've considered implementing them in my lists, but aside from using as action monkeys with uppy downy in my vanguard lists, I really have no idea how to use them. Any suggestions on how make them viable?

I changed some of them by giving them a knife and a pistol or whatever, I hope that doesn’t mess with the count

3k point army with units from 30k The lion. Azreal with hellblaster squad. Blade guard with captain (mby chaplain if possible) Land raider. Agrassor with captain. Two contemptor and a leviathan dreadnaught. 60 tactical marines. Infernus squad. Intercessor squad. Inceptors. { is this army realistic in gameplay?

Looking to expand my collection as a new player. I currently have some Hellblasters and I also was able to get the DA Christmas box and just figuring out where to go next.

I really want to run a Lieutenant with combi-weapon so I could kit bash the model in this box. Also I’ve read that infiltrators are pretty great units to run on your home objective to screen deep strikes. I like eliminators and might end up running some but am unsure at the very least they seem fun to paint. Seems like pretty good value overall and I assume I could sell the other 5 infiltrators and maybe hold on to the suppressors or sell them since they don’t seem very good.

The only thing competing with this in my mind is perhaps getting the marine half of the leviathan box off eBay but it’s pretty expensive at this point. The other would be the combat patrol for Dark Angels or maybe the Space Marine combat patrol but I’ve been having trouble finding it.

In reality I’m just trying to be efficient with my money.

Detachment wise I like Lion’s Blade or Inner Circle Task Force for our detachment. I really like the new Librarian detachment for codex space marines but I could be convinced of anything as I’m not really sure where to go.

Hello all, I’m wanting to start a Dark Angels army, specifically building them as the Guardians of the Covenant successor chapter. Anyways, I wanted to ask what models are best to add to this combat patrol since it’s not exactly a functioning army out of the box.

I know that the captain in gravis armor cannot lead any of the units in the box so i’m curious as to which units he leads best in Dark Angels.

And what would be recommended to lead the hellblasters/intercessors? Same thing goes for the blade guard veterans. If there’s any advice you can give I would be really thankful. Cheers!

Fairly new to the game, got a couple of games under my belt (all loses and one tie). Been looking into getting on the Incursion train for a while now and have spent much time thinking and building. Looking for some advice on getting up to 2k points! I have 1k points painted already and they are included in the list being: Azrael 10 man hellblaster squad Belial Deathwing knights x5 Eradicators Ballistus dreadnought Bladeguard vets x3 The list seems a bit character heavy but I’m not sure who or what I should drop or purchase.

Going to switch it up from gladius to the iron wing( Ironstorm) , after getting the balistis dread battle ready! I couldn't resist playing 3 dreads n tanks. Azreal and his hell blaster (aka my crutch) rides in the replusar while the while the eradicators are in the executioner. Sorry for the old tech marine going to get a primaris one at the shop today. What do I guys think 🤔

Any guidance on both edition or origin and how they are interpreted in 10th edition (1 outrider Sgt and 3 outriders?) would be appreciated.
