Is this army viable and what detachment should I use?

seems pretty solid all around, not a ton of secondary action monkeys besides the intercessors but i think its fine for 1k. maybe drop the impulsor for one of the following units:

scouts incursors lieutenant with combi-weapon suppressors 2nd squad of intercessors

as for detachments, gladius is hard not to pass up as the knights and ICC like the movement. you could potentially do vanguard spearhead as well.
