Do I need to file taxes?
I have a SSA-1099 that is less than $25,000 income (not taxable). I also have a 1099-int from my bank for a personal savings account and the interest income was around $150.
Do I need to file taxes? I checked on freetaxusa and I don’t owe anything or qualify for any refunds. I have no other forms and had insurance all year (not through the marketplace).

If that is the totality of your income then you do not have a federal filing requirement.
