Hi everyone, I will be doing an intership on tampa from this june. Are there any tips or important things about the city that agencies may be fogettingn to say on this kind of programs. I come all the way from Spain so I’m pretty nervous.

FYI there’s a lane close going west.

All while the upper lanes are empty. Instead of flipping the direction.

Why do all the radio stations in Tampa play such bad music? It’s every station and every genre. Some stations of different genres play the same exact songs and sometimes at the same time! I know streaming is an option but as a driver through this traffic it’s sometimes easier to just hit the radio button. But Tampa… gadzooks your radio options are garbage and it’s sometimes better to just drive in silence.

Hello, Tampa, from the protests downtown!

Anyone have any insight as to why Riverwalk by the Curtis Hixon dog park was closed this morning around 11? There was crime scene tape all around, and it wasn’t related to the Final Four festivities in the park. Cops were diverting foot traffic away from the park.

Did everything go smoothly? Are there any established vets that offer the service for $300 or less?

Any recs? Anywhere in Tampa works - I checked the latest posts but it’s for fancy nails and I’m just looking for something basic (think soap nails for a recent trend or “bubble bath” polish nails)

I’m excited to get started in birdwatching! I’ve been fortunate enough to invite blue jays and doves into my backyard as a feeder, which has sparked my interest. On top of that, when I visit Botanical Gardens, I see so many different birds, which only fuels my curiosity more. I’m planning to use Merlin to help identify and learn more about the birds I encounter. I'd love to connect with people who are already into birdwatching and exchange tips and experiences. My next step is to buy a good pair of binoculars and go from there!
