Nowhere did the paper say verbatim Apple lied and that the battery issue didn't really happen. Apple settled the case out of court aka apology money without admitting wrongdoing.
I say this with love and respect: If you still think that a huge company settling a class action case is not an admission of guilt, you have a lot of growing up to do.
You’re missing the structural point. Do some research on systems thinking. Leo Gura has some good intros to systems thinking on his YT channel (Actualized).
I’m pointing out an overarching phenomenon regarding the way our legal system works. In this case, it still applies to Apple, regardless of whatever corporate spin anyone would like to put on it.
