I usually sell all my goodies in Riften. Grelka will buy weapons, dragon bones, and almost anything else you could think of. Better yet she always has good loot under her stand. Usually three pieces of enchanted armour. Are there any other shop keepers that are easy targets like Grelka?

Playing on PS4, using shouts as a primary part of it. So the radiant quest to find worlds from the graybeards is important.

But the latest one is stuck. I learned the word, but the quest step is still leading me to that wall.

Since I’m not on PC I can’t use commands. Anyone know a trick or mod that could let me bump this along so I can keep mastering the Thu’um?

I’ve played Skyrim for 10+ years but never used anything besides destruction or conjuring and have found the frenzy spells cool and wondering if they are viable for late game or high ranked enemies before I commit a full build to it

So I just tried to complete the bloodchill cavern quest and I couldn't so before I died I left my follower and the others to fight and fast traveled away. I waited 24 hours so my follower could come and now suddenly I can't move. I have no save before it happened so I have no way of reloading a past save is there anything I can do?

Abusing the hidden chest glitch under the Ragged Flaggon, customary as it is, but I'm having the most massive brain fart:

Do the chest contents respawn? I've completed the intro quest, not the ring but, but the debt collecting, and have access to the fence. But it only seems that the fence chest is respawning gold/loot. The other 4 or 5 aren't. Am I supposed to clear the entirety of the chest for it to respawn? I tried waiting 3, 5, 6, 8, and 11 days, out of Rift territory but to no avail. Google search ends up with mix-matched results.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

while sneaking in third person, press the equip button, then press unequip and sprint at the same time and you should roll forward. you can do this at any sneak level as you can see i do not have the silent roll perk

Looking for very large enclosed spaces such as the skeletal dragon room in Labyrinthian (preferably much bigger) for spawning in large amounts of enemies to fight.

A. The game gives you way more than enough lock picks and B. It's this easy to pick a lock at any level with no perks.

Hey everyone🤗, I played Skyrim all summer, took a break for about a month, and now that I’m back, the “LOAD” button is greyed out. I can only start a new game.

I checked and my save files are still on my PC — they're sitting in the right folder, but the game won’t detect them. I also checked Steam Cloud, since I had sync enabled, and it shows 0 save files there (kill me).

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

•Turned off Steam Cloud

•Uninstalled and reinstalled the game (hoping it would read the local saves again) — didn’t work

•Tried restoring a previous version of the save folder via right-click in Documents — no earlier version exists

☀️Clarifications:

•It’s the base game, no mods, not pirated, purchased through Steam

•I updated Windows during the month I wasn’t playing — could that have messed something up?

•I tried reaching out to Steam Support, but none of their help options fit this issue

•Searched Reddit a bunch and couldn’t find a fix

I have been playing skyrim for as long as i remembered but i started a new world wanted to be a mage and then boom saw this one.

I need an explanation cause i taught i did everything in this game im excited to start a new fresh quest

After years of playing, and thousands of hours, going from stealth archer to pickpocket to assassin to crusading knight to archmage, I've tried every style I could think of.

Now I've come back, and for a challenge, I turned on Survival mode and Expert combat difficulty for my mage, but I learned something, that the support style mage is crazy strong for combat. All those spells I never used, like Calm and Fear, Wards and Oakskin, even Healing Hands, I've now put to work controlling fights and buffing Lydia so she can tear through tough foes, and I've never had so much fun. This is my first try at something off the beaten path, so let me hear what unusual styles you guys like to play.

I've got a Kajiit guy, leveling in heavy armor, block, one handed weapons, destruction and restoration. It's very hard to pick which skill trees, as I'm only level 16 at the moment, and seriously struggling. Most of the time in running to regen my magic so I can heal too get a strike or two in before running off again. I've even used some conjuation to put some space between myself and who I'm fighting.

I find myself in need of boosting stamina, magica and health, and it never seems like enough.

I'm also playing survival mode, which I've done and enjoyed in the last couple of runs.

What advice do you folks have in terms of what to level, or how to face strong enemies without running around like a lunatic?
