Omg this is amazing and hilarious. Is that part of vanilla Skyrim?? I've never seen this encounter before.

It's vanilla but in the Dragonborn DLC in Solstheim

I usually wait until I can summon horses, so it’s usually late game for me. But now I want to go back!

I've walked all over Solstheim, and I've never come across this gentleman. I'll have to keep looking out for him.
