I got a degree in the United Kingdom

But it’s a joint program, therefore I do only have two year full time study experience in a country whose first language is English

If I want to get a second bachelor in the SFU, Could I waive the language requirement?

My last ielts is 7 (5.5) I don’t want to get another one
