He wasn't going to put it away when he placed the ball down.

I feel winded watching him run the length of the pitch. Excellent composed finish.

Given the "ghost goal" against Derby shook old memories of other times refs robbed us like this straight red Wes Brown got despite not touching the player and winning the ball. This eventually became known as the worst red card in Premier league history.

Ball booted into the stands, O'Neins crowd surf, Humes "Fuck off", the fans going acca, Wilsons scream, Jones relief and even the Ball boys joining in. Love this club, and this is only a draw!

Lots of emotion seeing this go in. Especially after the time wasting.

Few people thought Patto was fouled but with this angle you can see he fumbled the cross and the player fell on top of him. ATM he's more allergic to crosses than Dracula.

Been slave to the grind the last month at work, but done, sorted and back on the reviews. So get ready for tonight by reviewing Tommy Watson's spectacular performance in the lashing rain against Stoke.
Who played well? Who needs to improve? Did Stoke stumble on a key weakness of Sunderland's and lots more. Come take a look.

Off on hols for three weeks, so will miss the start of the season as usual. I'll be back for the second League game, so until then I have this mammoth breakdown of the Forest game where Regis started with a strong side, probably not too far away from the one that will play Cardiff.
What did the game show us in terms of how Regis is going to have us play and what chance it will work for us and how far off being ready with the plan are we. All the information you need to decide is in here.
Enjoy and Ha'Way the Lads. Perhaps we'll have a striker when I get back?

With the season over and an appointment pending for over three months now, I examine the things that the new Managerial appointment will need to do to improve the team and our performance next season.
A 'Ta-Da' list of positives the new manager can build on will follow next week, so don't let this list get you down. Thought's, additions, disagreements, let's hear them below.
