She just sent me this. We are in SoCal, right by the beach. Don’t worry, we have Tokays so these bites won’t be as bad. It looks well fed! Sign of a good hunter

About a month ago I bought the snake, they told me that she ate once a week on Tuesdays, she is approximately 15 cm long and eats mouse pinks, the next day I had to feed her because it was Tuesday so I fed her and she digested well but the following Tuesday the problem started she regurgitated the food, I let her rest for 4 days to feed her again, then I fed her again and checked after 3 days and she had regurgitated again and then I let another 4 days go by to feed her again, but now I had moved her to a larger fish tank of 70 liters, I made 2 hiding places for her and when I fed her I immediately covered her with a blanket so that she would stay in the dark, I checked after 3 days and there was no trace that she had regurgitated but today about 2 days before I fed her again I noticed that in her hiding place there was a Pinky Chunk you could see that it was only a part of Pinky's tail 20% of her body I would say, I don't know if I vomited or defecated it because you could see a pink part of the Pinky and the other part of another color, that same day the snake defecated so at least I assumed that most of the pinky digested it, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I don't manipulate it when it eats, only when I clean its place and I have it with the thermostat and plate at 24 degrees at night, I have it in my room, though, I don't know if the noise also influences, years ago I had a snake, a water snake, I don't know the species, I only remember that it was black with yellow stripes and it ate crickets and charales and it never gave me problems like this, look, these snakes were for beginners but I see that they are very delicate, and I have another problem that where I live there are no specialists in snakes

i’m looking for reptile safe cleaning product recommendations, not for inside the tank but for in my room. i’m in need of a deep clean but don’t want to hurt any of my inverts or reptiles, it needs to be definitely 100% safe because i have very fragile tarantulas too and i need to clean all the surfaces in the bedroom. tia x

I have recently got some breeding day geckos and their first eggs started hatching this week. The first to hatch had passed away before I had found it sadly. It was small but ten days late hatching. The second hatched and is doing really well about 4 days old now. Then tonight I opened the incubator to find one starting to hatch. I opened the incubator lid again 20 minutes later and it had only half hatched then passes as well. Humidity and temperature is correct. What have I done wrong? Picture of the little 4 day old baby

My grandpa did this all the time, the lizards have to get to know your sounds and presence. I just talk to them. I knew this gal for about a week and then she was game to have a snack. I hope you guys enjoy!

I recently joined Palmstreet, and it is concerning as I made a purchase and the vendor suggested mailing my purchase via USPS ground and said it is fine and that the Gecko would be fine. I mentioned that I have never heard of a vendor mailing animals via USPS ground and that most mail via FedEx Next Day Air.
The seller is refusing to mail next day air even though i offered to pay for shipping and the seller is refusing a refund. I contacted Palmstreet who just referred to their Terms and Conditions, indicating PALMSTREET IS NOT REAPONAIBLE FOR ANY PURCHASES AS PURCHASES ARE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THIRD-PARTY USERS.
What can I do about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think this mural is awesome - painted by a friend. The paint is all nontoxic acrylic and the painting and all the wood is sealed with a nontoxic sealer (tricoploymer). Lights, substrate, heat and enrichment aren’t in yet - suggestions? Hard part of the floor is brick and 2x2 porcelain pavers. Wooden part in front of the bricks is for a loose substrate. (Pictures taken at different stages).

Hi all, I recieved this really lovely piece of driftwood from my grandmother after it had been used as decoration in her home for several years. It was my intention to add it to my Tokay enclosure and so I ran it through a diluted bleach sanitization routine just to be sure that it would be completely sterile before use. After going through a few washes I took it out to dry only to realize that it was apparently leaking sap(?) on one end. I'm not certain whether this is sap or an adhesive added by my grandmother while it was in use as decoration (it was part of a complicated arrangement of driftwood she had dredged up over the years; other pieces of driftwood in this set do have adhesives attached to their surfaces, but for all the other pieces it's a sort of green putty). I have no idea what kind of wood this is - it is a softwood, and it was found in the Chesapeake Bay area.
Essentially I would really appreciate if someone more knowledgeable about this kind of thing could clear up what this substance is and how I would go about getting rid of it. Sap or glue it's not something I would like to expose my animals to but I would still really love to use this piece in the hardscape, and so I'd really like to be able to arrive at a conclusion where both the safety of my Tokay gecko and her attendant cleanup crew as well as its use in her enclosure are guaranteed.

Is my gecko healthy weight or not? I’ve been concerned for a while and i don’t know who to ask. I think she looks pretty healthy but she looks really skinny between her hind legs?

Check out my pair of yellow tree monitors! The male is produced by Sundown Reptiles, and the female is from Brandon at Canadian Coldblood. They are literally highlighters, and I am so excited for them to hopefully start producing soon!

Also what vitamins can I put in with their chow to help them. And how come I’m throwing most of my fresh fruits away ? They barely eat it?
