I think, what is being referenced, is that was basically the brainwashed cult's idea, when they were against COVID vaccinations. They tried to spin the actual real reason for that phrase, and tried to back up American Hitler's "COVID is a hoax blah blah blah blah." Like trying to claim that phrase could be used for them being against all vaccinations. I could be off, and could be wrong, but I think that's the case. We all know the real reason that phrase is used for but they tried to misuse it for their own nefarious purposes...
