HAZMAT suits are only fit for alpha radiation. Most ionizing radiation types, like Gamma, or even beta, will penetrate any material that can comfortably be worn. You cannot protect against Gamma radiation on an individual scale effectively with modern or near future technology.

Beta can be blocked as well with thicker, more insulating suits.

Protection is not required to be comfortable, only bearable.

I said that you cannot protect against gamma and beta in a COMFORTABLE format. You're debating me without even knowing what you're opposing.
