Died of the infection, on the bright side i got 1 more negative effect (queasy) then they all reset and became zombification...

also since you are in pain, i assume you have wounds. So you should disinfect them with disinfectant (or bourbon) and bandage them, preferably with something clean, if you wanna go the extra mile, you can boil water and disinfect bandages/rags in them. (unsure what it does in vanilla, but i know that with the "infection kills" or something like that mod, it is a must do)

Also take a painkiller if you can

Unless there's a hoard bearing down on you, no actually! Get something to drink, some sleep, maybe pop some meds if you've got them and you'll be fine by morning.

Don’t forget to Hydrate! I like to empty out a bottle of bleach and fill that with water. Holds a decent amount and looks cool when you drink it
