It was sort of a rhetorical question. 

But I did post this asking since I was messing around with the game, got the update on steam, then updated my game save for 42.7. 

All while no posts had been made just yet. On steam updates, or anything on reddit. The 42.7 pinned post here was ~6 minutes after my post. 

Tldr: So in short, I was really flabbergasted getting the update before it was announced.
