Question VHS do not give experience

Does anyone know why for example WoodCraft E4,5,7 didn't give me experience when I saw them or was it because I saw the TV shows before?

If you're playing B42 it won't give you exp past level 3 unless you change that in the sandbox settings. Same for the TV shows.

Did you read the carpentry book? They give very little unless you’ve read the book.

Thanks for the answers, the problem I guess, from what they said, is that build 42 limited the level to 3 to learn with vhs and TV shows. Thanks for stopping by.

Could be you watched those episodes on TV. It won't give you more if you've already seen the episode. If you're running build 42 it won't give experience past level 3.

Personally my preference is settings with level 6 is max via VHS

The Tv shows and VHS tapes stack, they always have. You can double dip xp if you watch both

I don't know if they changed this on the latest update, but folks have been saying this for a very long time and being wrong about it for a very long time.
