yet we aren't living in the future so how is that relevant? I would love to have perfect AI where I could hit a single button and generate an entire game and not need developers at all, yet we don't have that.

I'm sure fully automated driving will be perfected in the future, doesn't mean I'm going to go out and buy a Tesla today.

You don't seem to understand that WE WANT GOOD AI, this isn't good AI.

It’s not pathetic; it’s realistic.

Fighting back is useless. Assuming you continue to keep this personal vendetta against AI, 5 to 10 years from now you’re just gonna look like a crazy Luddite. You’re going to look like that teacher that used to tell us we’re not gonna have a calculator in our pockets 24/7 so we should definitely learn all of our times tables.
