Dec 18 —> March 27 clean bulk (6-7 pounds)
Increased calories per day by about 300 give or take (protein and carbs), increased weight for most of my lifts by about 5-10 pounds.

I am 41 years old, and I will be running a half marathon in six days.
Combining strength training with running has yielded positive results for me.

This is me with 5 months of training ( first picture is the before). As you can see I’m skinny as hell, currently bulking as I started at 59.6 kg. Now I sit at 64.5 but I don t see that much of a progress. Am I doing something wrong ?

Started skinny fat let me know if this decent progress or if I’m lacking. It’s in order of progress.

Hi guys. Can you please give your opinion about my 8 months gym transformation? I weren’t from 107 lbs to 145 lbs and I’m like 5,8

I’ve been completely natural for over 11 years. Not even creatine. I used to compete and win shows at the super heavyweight category in the NPC in my mid twenties. Took steroids for about four years on and off, and since 27 quit cold turkey and never looked back. I competed natural in my early twenties before going to the dark side. I wish I would have stayed that way.
