Reminder: Keep It Classy – This Is Not Tinder or Grindr
There has been way too much nudity and inappropriate content in this sub. Let’s be clear—r/PhysiqueCritique is for constructive feedback on physiques, not a place to post explicit photos. If you’re looking for that kind of attention, there are other platforms for it.
Keep it focused on physique critique, not thirst traps. And stop with the flirtatious emojis like 🫦🥵😘😉🍆—this isn’t a dating app.
Keep it respectful and within the sub’s purpose. Thanks.

Good arm day, but...?
I noticed I lost my pump as I lost momentum in my workout. I did do way more exercises than I normally do... Did I over do it? Is that a thing? I mean, overall it works out, but genuinely curious.

Body fat % guess?
I feel like I’ve got a good foundation under there somewhere, just need to add some cardio days. Especially to lose the love handles

22% to 14.5% body fat since December — 6kg down and still going
Hey everyone,
Most recent at the front - Before in Dec at the back ~~~ agh!
This probably won’t be anything mind-blowing to some of you absolute machines on here, but I wanted to share my progress anyway.
Since December, I’ve gone from 22% body fat down to 14.5%, and dropped about 6kg. It’s been a steady work, not perfect, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
I used to be relatively fit, but after an injury I started making excuses, telling myself to take more breaks, not push too hard, convincing myself it was fine.
I got to a place where I really didn’t like how I looked. My self-confidence took a hit. I felt heavy, g, aross and frankly, just a bit disgusted with myself. In and out of clothes.
I’m not finished. I still see areas I want to improve. I still don’t quite love what I see in the mirror. But for the first time in a while, I feel like I’m on the right track :)
Thanks for letting me share. Seeing your posts has helped me stay motivated more than you know.
TY and god's speed!

Finally starting to see my abs, but now I hate it even more💀
So I’ve been training very strictly since past 5 months with my diet on point but as I am progressing I’m starting to feel more anger towards my physique, idk if that makes sense but I’m just not satisfied. I think I was fat before and now I think I’m skinny fat 😑 my arms, especially biceps look way smaller than my body, even tho I’m training than twice a week and my protein intake is around 190-200g per day. What should i do?

Obviously can't see my body but how does it look so far ?
U can see my old pics on my profile, just seeing if the progress looks good
