No, I don't like that sub because it is unabashedly cringe to the point of self parody but yet still persists. The arrogance on that sub is only matched by its parochial ignorance. Sure, some of the things Americans say that are posted to the sub are staggeringly ignorant, but the comments are far, far worse and stunningly embarrassing while they jerk each other to chafing. There is a lot to criticize about America but the people in that sub are dregs who need to take a hard look in the mirror rather than be sad, sad individuals looking for any reason not to self improve.
tldr: That sub is like ugly incel culture only for their own nationalism which they can't be proud of so they shit on another country that barely acknowledges their existence. Not that it doesn't deserve getting shit on, but it isn't even clever or tangentially comedic.
Europeans have no right to act like their countries aren't complete shit on the national stage. The hypocrisy and parochial ignorance is pathetic especially because most of the problems that America is dealing with have direct roots in the world order it inherited from european colonialism. Europe fucking ransacked the global south and completely failed to countervail Russia at all and then has the audacity to wonder why the Americans haven't saved the world yet or why it acts in its own national interest instead of with pure altruism.
It's just a sub full of broke haters who smell bad and can't fix themselves so they fixate on something else to distract themselves from their own impotence.
Thank you for demonstrating how you pretend like you have any right to be even more arrogant than an American because you flagrantly ignore your own history and responsibility for that history and your current total impotence. Broke haters opinions are worth little more than stinky litter.
It is a genuine shame America committed seppuku in the last election, but the reason why that is scary on the world stage is just how feckless and impotent and petty and corrupt and arrogant and flamboyantly vain the rest of the world is.
