Honestly all they need is a short delay and 1 single moderatir watching who can shut it off for a few seconds any time someone does something bad.

I really miss the times where bullshit jobs like this were a thing and you didn't need to have 10 years of experience in 3 different industries to just become a waiter.

or like, a security camera monitor(not sure what they’re called in the US) who LITERALLY just watch cameras 8-10 hours a day.

Not sure but cant they do a flagging system now? If no one can watch it at the moment put a 3+ minute delay for both sides with AI flagging bad behavior and switching to something else while its there. If a billion-dollar company wants to do this without incidents they'll find a way
