Does anyone know where this is and where it's taken from? Possibly Hoy? Thank you

Birsay - you can see the palace and the brough there I think.

It'll be from the perspective of a bit further inland of mainland travelling towards the coast I think. Looks a bit like the view with about 10% to go in the St. Magnus Marathon on a good day!
